    AIR OPTIX® COLORS are color contact lenses designed to enhance or transform dark or light eyes, with a natural effect, and can be prescribed with or without vision correction. They are made with exclusive SmartShield® Technology and feature 3-in-1 Color Technology to blend naturally with the color of your eye, so you can experience a new look that can be subtle or vibrant. AIR OPTIX® COLORS contact lenses are available in 12 stunning colors.

    What are AIR OPTIX®COLORS contact lenses made of?

    AIR OPTIX® COLORS contact lenses are made of a state-of-the-art, proprietary silicone hydrogel material. The unique chemistry of this material allows a high flow of oxygen through the contact lenses. AIR OPTIX® COLORS contact lens are designed to fit comfortably on the eye.

    Why is it important for oxygen to pass through the contact lens to the eye?

    Oxygen is essential for the health of your cornea, the dome-shaped front part of your eye. Insufficient oxygen may cause corneal swelling and/or lead to irritated, red eyes and uncomfortable lens wear.

    What prescriptions are available for AIR OPTIX®COLORS contact lenses?

    Your eye care professional can determine the contact lens and correction that are best for you. AIR OPTIX® COLORS contact lenses are available in Plano (no vision correction) along with +6.00D to -6.00D (0.25D steps) and -6.00D to -8.00D (0.50D steps) prescriptions. AIR OPTIX® COLORS contact lenses are not available with astigmatism correction.

    Which contact lens care solution should be used to clean and disinfect AIR OPTIX®COLORS contact lenses?

    Do AIR OPTIX®COLORS work on dark or brown eyes?

    Yes, AIR OPTIX® COLORS are designed to work on both light and dark eyes, including brown eyes. They have a unique 3-in-1 color technology that combines an outer ring, primary color, and inner ring to give a natural-looking enhancement to dark eyes. However, the final result may vary based on the natural color of your eyes and the lighting conditions.     How long do AIR OPTIX®COLORS contacts last?

    AIR OPTIX® COLORS contact lenses are monthly replacement lenses. This means they are designed to be worn for up to 30 days and then replaced with a new pair. It's important to follow your eye doctor’s recommendations and guidelines for wear and care to ensure best lens performance. Always remove, clean, and disinfect the lenses after wear and and do not sleep in the lenses. Lenses should be replaced monthly with a new pair.

    * Eye exam may be required before lens trial. Professional fees may apply. One pair of non-corrective AIR OPTIX® COLORS contact lenses for wear in-office only. For other AIR OPTIX® contact lenses, the one-month trial refers to a recommended replacement schedule of up to 4 weeks, as determined by the eye care professional. Offer available at participating offices.

    Important Information for AIR OPTIX® COLORS (lotrafilcon B) contact lenses: For daily wear only for near/far-sightedness. Contact lenses, even if worn for cosmetic reasons, are prescription medical devices that must only be worn under the prescription, direction and supervision of an eye care professional. Serious eye health problems may occur as a result of sharing contact lenses. Although rare, serious eye problems can develop while wearing contact lenses. Side effects like discomfort, mild burning or stinging may occur. To help avoid these problems, follow the wear and replacement schedule and the lens care instructions provided by your eye doctor.
