They did SUCH a good job on my nails! I think my nail techs name was Nicky, and the shaping and everything she did was perfect!!! She was both fast and precise! It looks so good!

Went in today, showed the lady a picture of what i wanted and explained to her i further detail how i wanted my nails to look. they didn't have someone the stuff they needed to get the look that i wanted and instead left me with the ugliest nails i've ever had in my life. K asked for marble and got sent to a whole new lady for her to do a worse job then the first one. AND THEY DO NOT CARE. why can you see how horrible you left me looking and you charge me that much??!? WAY TOO OVER PRICED especially when you're leaving in TEARS.

To start off, I called ahead and asked for a wait time or what their availability was, the guys asked how far I was and if I could come at that moment, luckily for me, I was making my way down the streets to potential nail salons hoping to get in somewhere and I was 2 mins away and told him I would be there! I got there and a lady came up and got me to the ped chairs right away and got started! I think the only critique I have was that usually with pedicures you soak your feet for a while but with this salon they start off with your pedicure right away, nails dry and all so I was nervous but hey I didn't make an appt and I got in, so I wasn't complaining! Anyways, she was so gentle and she took her time to pat down my cuticles which a lot of nail salons tend to not do. She shaped my nails and clipped away all the dead skin around my nails and soaked my feet for a bit and long story short, my toenails (I didn't get a photo) are super cute now!
Now with my nails. Oh my gosh! I love the way she really took care of me by pushing my cuticles down, cleaning my skin around, and cutting it to my desired shape. I don't think she thought I wanted acrylic and was thinking I was there for only a manicure and I told her what I wanted so I felt super bad and was nervous but she really did a nice job and I'm just really happy even though I didn't make an appt and I wanted what I wanted which takes a little longer to do, she was super professional and did such a good job! I wish I got her name but I didn't!!!! Anyways, my first time experience here was very satisfying. I am a mom to two and a third on the way and my hubby wanted me to treat myself so it's been awhile since I got my nails done and I am just so extremely happy it was a good visit. Thank you Essence nails!
