I felt like the doctor didn't really have a lot of time for us and that we had to wait a long time to see the doctor.

Dr. Nathe is wonderful. She's the best ortho we've seen in SC

I was not pleased about our wait, but I really liked the doctor's engagement when she arrived.

Dr. Nathe and staff are always friendly, kind and helpful. And always make my boys feel comfortable- taking the concern of the unknown away. They also take their time talking to ensuring I understand what the treatment plan will be! They are the BEST!

It took a little while after our appointment time to be seen, but that being said, there was no hurry or rush about the time during our visit. And she took her time and did everything very well.

Everyone was courteous and respectful. The doctor answered all questions and explained every little thing to us.

Dr. Nathe took more time and care with my child than any other doctor has in her lifetime. I had forgotten what total healthcare looks like until we experienced Dr. Nathe. Thank you for not rushing through the appointment, for answering all our questions, for teaching us about her injury and explaining recovery. Mostly thank you for caring for my child as if she were your own!

Little more friendly when come to the medical staff

We had to wait 2 hours!! Not ok!! This is very disappointing for me. I had to take time off of work for the appointment and it felt like my time wasn't respected. The provider did not bother to apologize for the delay. I get it that their time is valuable BUT it works both ways. Your patient's time is also valuable!! There has to be a better way for you to schedule appointments so that your patients do not have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Seriously - get this fixed.

When the MD is speaking to a mother and father it's best to look at both individuals equally while speaking. Overall, I am not happy with my experience. Past experiences have been much better.

it was a very good experience

Well, for one, the place was so dirty I wouldn't even let my children sit on the floor or on the table for that matter where they were supposed to sit. Two, it was hot as can be in the room. Three, we were in there for over an hour and waiting in the room for someone to come in there. It was a terrible experience overall. The only reason we were there is because it's the only place that's available.

The only thing I like to say is our appointment was at 1:30 and we were never welcomed by the doctor for at least an hour that was way long to wait when actually the office called us for an appointment I don't mind waiting 20 minutes but an hour and she was with us maybe 25 minutes we did have blood work to get and hopefully what she ordered will give us more answers I just don't like to wait when I have an appointment so hopefully when the blood work comes back if there's anything out of that blood work hopefully we find out right away and something is ordered on Medicaid and hopefully the Medicaid will cover it to help my granddaughter with her collarbone so it heals quickly

Had to wait 2 hrs. Front office staff stated, "this is a specialty office and there will be a wait". Not friendly, no smile. I have worked front office and would always let my pts know if there was a wait when they checked in. Don't mind waiting to be be seen but would like updates and a smiling face . I am a Prisma employee and was very disappointed by this .

Very respectful staff. Apologetic for the wait. Drs, nurses, technicians were all knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

The only improvement I have to offer is that you need to make a deal with UnitedHealthcare so that we don't have to seek providers outside of the PRISMA system for our children. There are no pediatric orthopedic specialists that are convenient for our family and the thousands of families affected by this ongoing feud that you guys have going on with them. Thanks.

The wait time was long, but other than that the service was excellent.

Very nice staff

The wait was unbelievably long. Our appointment was for 3pm and the doctor did not come in the room until after 4:30pm.

We waited in the room for over an hour to see the physician. Communication goes a long way when the doctor is running that far behind. It was not until I left the room and asked the check out staff if we had been forgotten about did someone offer to tell us we were next. We were there from 9:40-12 in which maybe 20 minutes of that was with the physician.

The only issue I had is whenever I was told to go to the room ready for us, we went back in the room and the table was still dirty. And she just ripped the paper off and put new paper on, and I had to ask her to go get a wipe to clean the table. And the table itself had like black scuff marks or dirt marks all over it, and she just very, very quickly sanitized the table. And I understand that it's not like a sick office, but still things should be sanitized a lot better between visits. That's all I have to say. I just felt like it was not very clean in there. The nurse and the doctor, everybody was wonderful. The x-ray techs were awesome. It was an overall good experience. The only reason I rate it lower is because of the cleanliness of the facility.

Our entire experience with Prisma health over the last couple months has been extremely positive. All of the staff was courteous and respectful and patient. I highly recommend. Especially Dr. Kristen Nathe and her team ??

This visit was the most pleasant and efficient medical visit elee has ever had in her long convoluted medical journey. I was shocked by how kind and gentle every staff member was. The visit was fast and easy. THE epitome of a properly run healthcare clinic.

Great Patient Care

When calling to preregister for surgery I had to call two separate numbers, one for insurance and another for medical history. It seems like making one call should suffice. Also one of the numbers answered the call live, great, the other you have to leave a message and they call you back but not necessarily on the number you give them rather one from your file, not great. All worked out fine but this is one minor area that could be better. Great facility, doctors, and staff, very happy to be taking my family here to be treated and will recommend. Thank you.

Staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable however, we waited almost 2 hours to be seen! That's awful! We were 10 minutes early and still had to wait so long.

The appointment was great, but we still have not gotten the medication called in since last Thursday.

Great staff

I thought the visit went fairly well, all things considered. The only thing that I would make sure it is done in the future is to make sure that patients are not waiting and inordinate amount of time. We waited our appointment was at 9 o'clock in the morning and we did not see our provider until 10:22 that day. It was a very long time to wait with a small child, especially for one who needs to get back to school, and for me that needed to get back to work. I don't know if it was a scheduling glitch or what happened. But no matter what I had to ask want to make sure that we were still going to be seen that day, because I wasn't sure that we had some were coming in. They said, oh yeah your next, and then 15 minutes later it was when we finally got our provider, and while she was courteous and all. It just made the experience difficult.

We had such a great visit! The whole team was AMAZING. I only wish I had asked the right questions when we were with the doctor so I could've understood better what had happened to my daughter's arm. They may have told me some things that I just don't remember... It feels inconvenient for them for me to call and ask them questions that they probably already answered and I just forgot. But they were super kind on our visit!
