I would recommend Dr. Locke to anyone in need of pediatric orthopedic services. It was a long wait to see him and worth every minute. When present he gave 100% attention, reviewed years of my daughter's old X-rays, answered questions thoroughly, and made me feel confident in his diagnosis and plan of care. I understand where to obtain follow up treatment and whom to contact for additional questions. Thank you so much!

I walked into the waiting area at 240 pm. I knocked on the door after 5 min or so and no one came. I kept repeating "hello" and no one came to the front desk. Finally at 253 pm, someone came to check us in. That's ridiculous. We were finally brought to the room around 3pm but did not see the doctor until around 330 pm. As I could hear and see we were the only patients in the office. I heard more patients come in after we were in room #4 but the doctor visited their room first. Make it make sense. My time is valuable as well.

Dr Locke and his staff was very personable. Everyone was friendly and easy to speak with. Dr. Locke and the young man who took impressions of my son's feet for the shoe inserts did an amazing job of educating myself and him on his condition. I am so happy I listened to my friend.

Great experience with the doctor, excellent doctor. But the wait time was extremely long to see the doctor. It took us over an hour from check-in before we even saw the doctor.

Wonderful experience. Got an appointment same day and treated a fracture immediately. Wonderful staff.

Dr. Locke is a wonderful doctor. He was my children's doctor and now he is being my grandchildren's doctor. I would trust him with anybody in my family. I have recommended him on many occasions. As a matter of fact, my grandchild had soccer practice today and I recommended him to three people. Thank you all so much.

One of the best experience I've had so far

Overall it was a good experience but I did feel rushed by the physician. He didn't even shut the door when discussing my daughters pain and was walking out the door to leave as we were talking. I would have liked to ask a few more questions and have him look some of my daughters other joints to see if they had the same issue but I didn't get the opportunity. I left the appointment feeling like he was in a hurry and my daughter's issue wasn't that important to him because the x-ray didn't show she had a fracture. I would have been much happier to have a few more minutes with him to ask questions.

Everything's was great!

Dr. Locke is seriously the best doctor. He remembers the patients, he remembers details about them that are not in the charts, and he is so well-informed and educated and cares about every one of his patients. We love him.

Just had an extremely long wait time, 2.30 appointment and didn't see the provider until close to 4 o'clock.

Dr. Locke was amazing. He took all the time we needed and answered many questions. He gave his card and email in case I had further questions. When I emailed him following my visit, he promptly replied with recommendations. My experience with Dr. Locke could not have been better!

Both times when we had appointments at this office, we had to wait a really long time to see him. Both times, we were there over an hour and he was with us, of course, probably four or five minutes.

Both times that I visited, my wait time was very long. The first time was an afternoon appointment, so I wasn't surprised. My last appointment was an 8:20 appointment, and it was over an hour of waiting in the waiting room, or in the exam room before we were seen, and that is not great practice.

Dr. Locke is really a great physician and made my daughter feel so comfortable. I am thankful for his expertise and care for my child.

Outstanding staff

Our Doctor... Dr. Locke and his staff had just wonderful personalities. They were caring and thoughtful. The gentleman who put on my daughter's cast was gentle an extremely sweet.

Just wish they could be closer! We drive a little over an hour away at the Lexington office. It's worth it!

The wait to see provider was very long, and the visit was very rushed when we were actually able to see him. At one point he left the room and we had no idea if he was coming back to finish answering our questions.

Dr Locke was very caring and great.

Was not happy with Dr Locke, we waited 50mins in waiting room for him to see 2 patients not even 10 minutes, not examining 1 of them and not explaining everything before walking out the door. I had to get the details out of his staff. They helped me more than the doctor.

So thankful for Dr. Locke and his care team!

Wait time

Waited in the room for over an hour for the dr to come in. Very frustrating having to wait that long to be seen.

Dr.Locke is amazing and has been treating my son for 16 years. Great staff amazing service!

Floors in the room were dirty. We saw a spot of blood on the floor. We waited 1 1/2 hours in a examination room and saw the doctor for one minute.

I appreciate their insight into my daughters back issues.

If the office knows they are running a full hour behind they should call patients and tell them to come in later. It is ridiculous for me to have to wait for an hour when I have an appointment. That is very inconsiderate of my time.

The people are great on that floor.

The nurse that helped us throughout the entire visit was incredibly thorough and made us feel at ease. She let us know what was going on throughout the entire process. I wish I would have taken note of her name so that I could call her by name in this review. Dr. Locke was pretty fast when he came in. He basically just told us what was wrong and that my daughter had to have surgery. He said we would need a CT scan and after that we would discuss in more detail. I do wish he would have spent a little more time, but do understand that the CT scan will help with mapping out the surgery. The checkout ladies were also very nice and courteous!

Dr. Locke and team were amazing. The child life specialist was top notch. My daughter was not anxious and despite the circ*mstances enjoyed the people and experience.

We like Dr. Locke and feel like we got adequate care. However, we waited for 2 hours to see the doctor and get a cast, and then everyone was extremely rushed to treat my child. I understand everyone can get behind, but 2 hours is too much. And then to be rushed out the door made me uneasy, I had to rapid fire questions about limitations with the cast, etc.

It was very knowledgeable. There isn't anything that I can say that is bad either. The staff was pleasant approachable and knowledgeable about everything bones and that was refreshing. I'm new to the Prism family and it seems to have been a great choice
